How It Works
Your family sends content from home. Passengers carry it aboard. You receive it on the ship.
You send them a code
Your account gives you one 10-digit connect code. Send it home however you like — text, WhatsApp, over the phone.
They write to you
They enter the code at cruisechattr.com/family — no app, no account fee — and can message you from home.
It reaches you aboard
Over the internet when the ship has it, and phone-to-phone over Bluetooth when it does not. You read and reply in the app or any browser.
Two doors, and they are not the same one
You sign in at cruisechattr.com/crew. Your family go to cruisechattr.com/family and enter the connect code you gave them — they never need your handle, and nobody reaches you without a code or an invite you sent. From there they can send:
- Photos — Family photos, pet pictures, life updates
- Text Messages — Quick notes, updates, and love letters
They'll receive free push notifications when content is picked up by a passenger and again when it's delivered to you on the ship.
