Passengers carry it aboard
When passengers board the ship, their phones automatically download content assigned to them. They carry it in the background — no effort required.
Bluetooth mesh delivers it
On the ship, the mesh network finds your family member and transfers the content via Bluetooth. No WiFi needed.
You get notified
Once delivered, you receive a free push notification in your browser. You can check delivery status at any time on the portal.

Is it really free?
Yes, completely free. CruiseChattr uses Web Push notifications which cost nothing. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on when passengers board the ship. Content uploaded before embarkation day is typically delivered within hours of boarding. Real-time tracking shows you the delivery status.
What if my family member doesn't have the app?
They need to download CruiseChattr and set up their @handle before sailing. Share this page with them so they know to set it up.
What file types can I send?
Photos (JPG, PNG) and text messages. Photos are compressed automatically so they deliver quickly over the Bluetooth mesh.
Can I send content to crew members too?
Yes! Crew members also use CruiseChattr. Visit cruisechattr.com/crew to send content to crew members by their @handle.
