Buy Bob
a Beer.
Somewhere on your ship, Bob paid for the WiFi. His phone has been carrying your messages home all week, and he has no idea. On CruiseChattr, Bob is a Hero. It is time somebody said thanks.
Who is Bob?
Anyone with internet is a Hero
Plenty of people at sea have no internet. Bob does: he bought the ship’s WiFi package, or he is sitting in a port café. CruiseChattr turns his phone into a Hero. Every minute it hands in the small text messages it is carrying for the people around him, then brings their replies and family mail back aboard, where phones pass them on.
One Hero can get hundreds of people’s messages home. It already happens today, quietly, in every CruiseChattr phone. Buy Bob a Beer makes sure Bob knows.

How it works
Say cheers. Maybe buy the round.
- 1
Bob has internet
A WiFi package, or port WiFi. His phone quietly becomes a Hero and carries everyone’s waiting messages home, every minute.
- 2
Your message gets home
It reaches your family thanks to Bob. You get a “Cheers” button: one tap says thank you.
- 3
Bob gets the glory
Cheers add up to Hero badges, and to the ship’s Hero board. Bob chooses whether it shows his name and photo, or keeps him anonymous.
- 4
The round is on you
If Bob says yes, you can offer him a real drink at the bar. The app just introduces you; the rest is up to you.
The ship’s Hero board
Who got the most people home this cruise. Name and photo only if the Hero says yes.

Your choice, always
Anonymous by default
A Hero shows up as “A Hero on Deck 6” until they choose to show their name and photo.
Nobody sees what you carried
Heroes are never shown whose messages they carried, and you never see more than the Hero agreed to.
A drink only if both say yes
Offering a drink sends a request. Bob can accept, say “just the cheers, thanks”, or ignore it. No pressure, no payments in the app.
